git-remote-dropbox is a transparent bidirectional bridge between Git and Dropbox. It lets you use a Dropbox folder or a shared folder as a Git remote!
This Git remote helper makes Dropbox act like a true Git remote. It maintains all guarantees that are provided by a traditional Git remote while using Dropbox as a backing store. This means that it works correctly even when there are multiple people operating on the repository at once, making it possible to use a Dropbox shared folder as a Git remote for collaboration.
Once the helper is installed, using it is as simple as adding a remote like dropbox://path/to/repo.
Use Dropbox or Google Drive to collect, annotate, and grade your students' documents with a simple paperless workflow.

You can make Firefox 3 create an automatic HTML backup (bookmarks.html) when you exit Firefox if you set the pref browser.bookmarks.autoExportHTML to true on the about:config page.
That backup is created by default in the profile folder as bookmarks.html, but you can set the file name and path via the pref browser.bookmarks.file on the about:config page.
Note: an HTML backup doesn't preserve tags and annotations, so you lose those if you need to import the HTML backup.
StackEdit stores your documents in the browser local storage, which means all your documents are automatically saved locally and are accessible offline. StackEdit can be combined with Google Drive and Dropbox to have your documents centralized in the Cloud. The synchronization mechanism will take care of uploading your modifications or downloading the latest version of your documents.
Publishing for writers who love Markdown and Dropbox
So I’ve been a long time user of FileZilla and awhile back I looked into how to share my site list across multiple machines and one method many people were doing was storing their application settings on Dropbox by modifying their fzdefaults.xml to point to a location under your Dropbox folder.
I use Transmit everyday to post new content to Egg Freckles, or upload changes to my MessagePad theme. Transmit’s Sync command is invaluable for moving the changes on my computer to the various sites I have bookmarked in Transmit’s collection of favorites. Unfortunately no matter how useful Transmit’s Sync command may be, it is powerless at synchronizing my Transmit favorites between two or more computers.
nvALT 2 is a fork of the original Notational Velocity with some additional features and interface modifications, including MultiMarkdown functionality. It has been developed by Elastic Threads (David Halter) and Brett Terpstra, and made available for free (donations accepted).
Between my day job as an ASP.NET developer and my freelancing and writing, I bounce around among computers quite a bit. I currently split time among my MacBook Air and a Windows 7 PC, as well as various Linux and Windows virtual machines. After setting up Sublime for the second or third time, I realized that I needed to automate the process of installing packages and tweaking configs.
Lets you to define a Hosts.sublime-settings file with specific settings for each machine you work on.
